2 Capped+ dogs per trial

Capped dogs run the trials so often that those with lower TP dogs are afraid to even enter!
My suggestion is to allow only 2 Capped+ dogs per trial, so at least the Capped owner can win, and the lower TP dogs can at least be placed 3rd.
There are so many trials around that everyone can be happy!
